FOUNDERS
Founder and Chairman
Moti Weiss is one of the most senior figures in the capital market and the high-tech industry in Israel. Moti has experience and reputation gained over the past 40 years. Moti is one of the founders of the Viola group: one of the pioneer funds for capital investments in the field of technology and loans, which contributed to many of the Israeli successes in the high-tech field. Before founding Viola, he held senior management positions in the field of finance and operations in leading Israeli companies.
Founder and Director
Shlomi Elberg founded together with Assaf Banay the insurance agency Ash - Profit, which is the leading company in Israel for the distribution of financial products to private customers and manages assets which sums up to over NIS 30 billion. Profit was sold to Psagot Investment House in 2015 and was bought again by Assaf and Shlomi in 2021.

Chief Financial Officer
CPA, bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the College of Management. Moti began his career as an accountant at the PWC firm, one of the four leading accounting firms in the world. For the past decade, Moti has served as CFO and Deputy CEO in leading companies in the Israeli economy and led significant operations, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, etc. Moti serves as a director in some of Migdalor's subsidiaries.
Legal advisor
Attorney, bachelor's degree in law and economics from Tel Aviv University and a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Since joining the investment house, Sharon has served as Migdalor's chief legal advisor.
Business Development Director
Attorney and CPA, bachelor's degree in law and accounting from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in financial mathematics and fintech from Bar Ilan University. Before joining Migdalor, Amir held various positions in the Corporate Department and the Investment Department at the Israeli Securities Authority. Today Amir leads the business development of Migdalor, and leads the ESG policy at the investment house.
Real Estate Department
Head of Real Estate Department
Bachelor's degree in business administration from Middlesex University in London, and a master's degree in business administration and economics from The University of Edinburgh. Shlomo held senior management positions in various investment companies, and was an investment manager at Yelin Lapidot investment house.
Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in economics and management from the Open University and a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. Eyal has many years of experience in the field of real estate and project management.
Credit funds
Joint CEO of the credit funds
CPA, with extensive managerial, financial and operational experience in investments. During his career, which spans more than 20 years, Maoz served as CEO of Discount Israel Capital Markets and Investments and is currently a member of boards and investment committees of various investment funds and companies.
Director and joint CEO
Accumulated 28 years of financial and operational experience with investments, during which he was a partner in Viola Credit Fund, and served as a board member in several of the fund's portfolio companies. For eight years, Momi held a number of key positions at Sapiens International Corporation N.V., both in finance and operations.

CPA and attorney, bachelor's degree in law (LLB) and a degree in business administration with specialization in accounting (BA) from Reichman University (Interdisciplinary). Before joining the credit funds at Migdalor, Tzachi was part of the high-tech audit department at EY - specializing in the audit of venture capital funds, fintech and private equity.
Hedge funds
CEO
With 20 years of experience in the Israeli capital market, Kfir serves as CEO of the hedge funds at Migdalor. Before joining the investment house, Kfir held key positions in the capital market, including: chief investment officer of the Harel Finance Group, director of pension investments at Clal Insurance and deputy director of Nostro investments at Migdal Insurance.
Hedge fund investment manager
Eyal leads the investments in Migdalor flexible hedge fund. Eyal Has 23 years of experience in the capital market. In his last position, Eyal served as the head of stocks investments at Psagot Brokerage and as the manager of Israeli stocks at Clal and at Migdal.
Hedge fund investment manager
Golan leads the investments in the Opportunity fund and benefits from experience gained over 20 years in the capital market. Until recently, Golan managed the traded bonds at Clal, and before that he served as the manager of the bond desk at Migdal Insurance.

Finances
Chief bookkeeper
Industrial engineering and management graduate from Tel Aviv University, and accounting and payroll management graduate from Petah Tikva College. Yael has rich experience as bookkeeper and payroll management, and has held these positions in several Israeli companies.
Accountant
Bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the College of Management and a master's degree in business administration, financing and financial management and finance at Tel Aviv University. Before joining Migdalor, Orrey served as a reporting accountant and manager for accompanying companies in IPO and capital raising processes at Elgarissy & Co.
Company Secretary
Bachelor's degree in business administration and human resources from Peres College.
